The first step is to call our office and let one of our agents know you want to lease one of our available homes.

We will e-mail out a short application form for each tenant to fill out.

***CAMI Property Management uses Rent Prep for tenant screening***

 After the application forms are returned you will be directed to: www.rentprep.com.

Each tenant will need to enter the rental address under SmartMove and complete the screening form. Turnaround time is usually within 24-hours.
